what is my dream?

I just have one dream,but very complicated.I want to become a successfull entrepreneur who can inspire others to become an entrepreneur too.I want to open job vacation,especially for peoples around my residence,so no more unemployment and could raise their income. Creating a healthy business without any fraud,Insyaallah. To starts my dream, I am trying a business, even though a small business but can adds my business experience.
