Simple Present
(S  + Verb.I + OBJECT)

  • Today, Indonesian’s biggest challenge is the people’s knowledge.
  • Currently, foreign investors have large percentage in stock investment.
  • Today rupiah  is under value.

Present Continuous
(S + TOBE + Verb. I + ING + OBJECT)

  • Indonesia is facing five challenges in physical investment.
  • Indonesia is making big change in all agreeculture sector.
  • Many consumers are looking ahead to their future by investing in superannuation and share to be financially.

Past Tense
(S + Verb.II + OBJECT)

  • Interest rate determined by bank Indonesia.
  • Unstable rupiah exchange rate and precidential election contributed to the slowdown.
  • The government stopped the import beef from Australia last month.

Past Continuous
(S + WAS/WERE + Verb. I + ING + OBJECT)

  • Jokowi was increasing the price of  BBM two days ago.
  • The government was making a new policy.
  • I was waiting for you at four o’clock yesterday.

Past Perfect
(S + HAD + Verb. III + OBJECT)

  • That property sector growth in the first semester of 2014 had  slowed down to by 10 to 15 percent compared to the same period last year.
  • Indonesian had overrun economic crisis.
  • He had written the letter of agreement last week.
